Disappointed

Ive been playing any and all of the Angry Bird games for a very long time including Rio so I thank you for those enjoyable years. Now it seems in app purchases and ads are popping up as you play, interrupting the games.
Im 73 years old and know Im not the demographic youre trying to reach but I was hoping to purchase the first phone for my young granddaughter (8) and add Angry Birds because she loves to play them on my phone. I also know your goal is making as much money as you can. Its difficult for an eight year old to understand the consequences.
